Job Summary GLB Industrial is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role requires previous sales experience, excellent people skills, and the ability to problem-solve for customers in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for building strong relationships, providing product solutions, and supporting clients in the industrial field. Key Responsibilities: * Manage inbound and outbound sales calls and emails. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering excellent service. * Provide accurate quotes and ensure timely follow-up. * Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within power transmission and industrial supplies. * Troubleshoot customer challenges and offer effective solutions. * Collaborate with outside sales and operations teams to meet customer needs. * Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM or internal systems. * Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals. Qualifications: * Minimum 2 years of sales experience (industrial sales experience preferred). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach. * Proven problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills. * Knowledge of power transmission products, bearings, motors, gearboxes, or related supplies is a plus. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. * Highly organized with strong time management skills. * Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
