Job Summary

GLB Industrial is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role requires previous sales experience, excellent people skills, and the ability to problem-solve for customers in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for building strong relationships, providing product solutions, and supporting clients in the industrial field.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Manage inbound and outbound sales calls and emails.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering excellent service.
• Provide accurate quotes and ensure timely follow-up.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within power transmission and industrial supplies.
• Troubleshoot customer challenges and offer effective solutions.
• Collaborate with outside sales and operations teams to meet customer needs.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM or internal systems.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (industrial sales experience preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
• Knowledge of power transmission products, bearings, motors, gearboxes, or related supplies is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
