Previous automotive sales experience is great -- but not required.

Qualifications

:

• 2+ years of sales experience (automotive preferred, not required)
• Comfortable with technology and CRM tools (e.g., E-Leads, V-auto)
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Motivated, reliable, and results-driven
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude Your Day-to-Day:
• Greet and assist customers throughout the sales process
• Present vehicle options based on customer needs and preferences
• Maintain contact with prospective and current clients
• Stay knowledgeable about inventory and product features
• Work collaboratively to meet individual and team goals Job Details:
• Location: In-person at our Seminole, FL dealership
• Job Type: Full-time, Commission-Based

Compensation

: $75,000 - $150,000+ per year (performance-based)

• Schedule: Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays
• Sundays: Always closed
