a Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Salesperson to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will excel in engaging customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where excellent communication and sales skills are essential. The Automotive Salesperson will play a key role in expanding our customer base, managing sales pipelines, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. Duties * Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new sales opportunities. * Demonstrate and present vehicles effectively, highlighting features and benefits tailored to customer preferences. * Negotiate deals with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while adhering to dealership policies. * Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the sale, including upselling high-end vehicles and accessories. * Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress. * Assist customers with financing options, trade-in evaluations, and vehicle inventory management. * Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone, email, or in person while maintaining professional phone etiquette. * Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure smooth operations and inventory control. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new vehicle models to enhance product knowledge. Skills * Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales with a strong understanding of automobile features and specifications. * Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and B2B sales experience. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell and close high-end sales effectively. * Proficiency in CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer relationships. * Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving a diverse clientele. * Organizational skills for managing multiple clients simultaneously and maintaining accurate inventory control records. * Outbound sales expertise, including cold calling and lead generation techniques. * Customer service excellence with a focus on building long-term client relationships. * Knowledge of retail math, dealership operations, inventory management, and marketing strategies is preferred.
