We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, supporting day-to-day office operations while assisting the sales team. Responsibilities: * Answer inquiries about products, pricing, and availability. * Handle complaints or escalate issues to the sales manager when needed. * Assist the sales team with preparing sales orders, invoices, and sales reports * Communicate with clients via phone and email, providing excellent customer service * Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchasing department. * Track delivery schedules. * Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation * Support follow-ups, and other administrative duties as needed Requirements: * Previous experience in sales support role preferred * Strong communication and organizational skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Attention to detail and ability to multitask * Being bilingual (English/Spanish) * Positive attitude and willingness to learn Therefore, if you are qualified and interested, please send your resume.
