As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups. * Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and networking to generate new business opportunities. * Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM software. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. * Provide high-quality customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Upsell products and services to existing customers to maximize revenue potential. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales. * Maintain accurate inventory control and management to ensure product availability for clients. * Deliver presentations and engage in public speaking opportunities to promote products effectively. Skills * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or high-end sales environments. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette. * Ability to speak multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual) is a plus. * Experience in retail sales or automobile sales is advantageous. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing inventory and sales support tasks. * Basic understanding of retail math and ability to perform calculations related to pricing and inventory management. * Experience in cold calling and outbound sales strategies is beneficial.
