Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong ability to connect with customers. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and networking to generate new business opportunities.
• Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM software.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Provide high-quality customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Upsell products and services to existing customers to maximize revenue potential.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
• Maintain accurate inventory control and management to ensure product availability for clients.
• Deliver presentations and engage in public speaking opportunities to promote products effectively. Skills
• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or high-end sales environments.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
• Ability to speak multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual) is a plus.
• Experience in retail sales or automobile sales is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing inventory and sales support tasks.
• Basic understanding of retail math and ability to perform calculations related to pricing and inventory management.
