Responsibilities * Engage with customers in person, over the phone, and via email to provide excellent service. * Promote and sell company products/services to meet and exceed sales targets. * Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. * Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive experience. * Maintain knowledge of products, services, promotions, and pricing. * Accurately process orders and update customer records in the system. * Collaborate with team members to achieve overall business goals. Qualifications * Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (but not required -- we provide training). * Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. * Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. * Basic computer and data entry skills. * Reliable transportation to and from work.
