Seeking candidates for Sales Coordinator position at Hilton Garden Inn Jacksonville Airport. Previous SALES and FRONT DESK hotel experience is a must for this position. Pay commensurate with experience. The main goal of a Sales Coordinator is to coordinate and book group room and meeting room rentals with customers. To reach this goal, they must be able to handle the following day-to-day duties: Duties Include: * Answer telephone and email inquiries. Respond in a pleasant and timely manner. * Answer client / bookers questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, restaurants etc.) * Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests. * Conduct Site Inspections of the hotels and communicate to the necessary departments prior to guests' arrival. * Generating reports, preparing proposals & contracts, coordinating with clients & hotel staff. * Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, banquet event orders, etc.). * Greet clients/groups that have bookings at the hotels. * Other duties as assigned by the General Manager. * Demonstrate leadership qualities and represent the hotel in a professional manner at all times. * Ability to effectively communicate with clients and staff members Requirements: * Must be able to demonstrate High Positive Attitude. * Hotel sales and front desk experience required. * Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
