You'll work directly with homeowners, educate them on solar options, and help guide them through the process -- from first conversation to signed agreement. No solar experience? No problem. What You 'll Do: * Conduct door-to-door outside sales in residential neighborhoods * Educate homeowners on solar energy, savings, and financing options * Generate leads and present customized solar proposals * Use CRM software to track leads and follow up with customers * Collaborate with installation and operations teams * Deliver professional, high-quality customer service * Learn sales, communication, and negotiation skills that transfer long-term What We 're Looking For: * Entry-level candidates welcome -- no sales or solar experience required * Comfortable with outside sales / face-to-face marketing * Strong communication and people skills * Coachable, reliable, and self-motivated * Ability to work independently or as a team player Compensation & Growth * Performance pay (uncapped earning potential) * Weekly pay cycles * Performance bonuses and incentives * Leadership and override opportunities for top performers * Clear growth path into senior sales and leadership roles.
