Field Advertising Representative Location: Manhattan, NYC Schedule: Full-time, field-based

Compensation

: $60,000 base salary + commission On-Target Earnings: $100,000 We are hiring a full-time Field Advertising Representative to support a well- established marketing and advertising firm that has been operating successfully for over 20 years. This role focuses on expanding an existing digital advertising program across Manhattan by working directly with street- level retail businesses. This is a field-based position centered on in-person outreach and relationship building. You'll represent a proven advertising platform, speak with business owners and managers, and secure participation for digital screen placements. The offering is straightforward, well-established, and backed by a stable organization with long-term clients and national expansion plans. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active throughout the day, and engaging people face to face in a professional, consultative manner. What You 'll Do

• Walk and canvass assigned areas throughout Manhattan
• Visit street-level retail businesses and speak directly with owners and managers
• Present a digital advertising screen program and explain how it benefits the business
• Secure agreements for screen placements and coordinate next steps for installation
• Manage your own daily route, outreach, and follow-up
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses
• Occasionally travel to other cities for short-term outreach initiatives
• Participate in training and team check-ins (mostly virtual after onboarding) What We 're Looking For
• Outgoing, confident personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Experience in door-to-door, field sales, or in-person outreach preferred
• Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging business owners
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Comfortable spending most of the workday in the field
• Interested in performance-based earnings and long-term growth Training & Schedule
• Initial onboarding with a home base in Long Island City
• After ramp-up, the role is primarily field-based
• Ongoing meetings and communication are largely virtual Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
