Thrive agents regularly open 2 -3 escrows within their first 60 days thanks to our systems, coaching, and daily tour request flow. What We 're Looking For We want agents who are: * Highly motivated and coachable. * Excellent at building trust with buyers and sellers. * Excited about growing their business with the help of a top-performing team. * Detail-oriented in contracts, communication, and follow-up. * Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-moving, tech-forward environment. What You 'll Be Doing * Representing buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions. * Handling contracts with accuracy and care. * Performing market research and property evaluations for sellers. * Managing client communications and follow-up using our CRM tools. * Providing exceptional service from first contact to close. * Attending and following up on real-time tour requests from Zillow.
