Title: Director of Sales Location: Alexandria, MN (On-site) Job Type: Full time (Direct hire) Job Description Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. * Ten years of experience in executive sales leadership, with a significant portion of this experience in direct-to-consumer sales. * Proven track record of profitable sales revenue growth * Need 10+ years of executive sales leadership exp. * 5-8+ years of exp with direct-to-consumer sales (A business sells directly to the end consumer, bypassing intermediaries like retailers or distributors) in construction machinery or heavy or industrial machinery or construction equipment or skid loader industry * Strong and successful track record of profitable sales revenue growth * Exp with HubSpot, as well as Microsoft Excel. Working knowledge of NetSuite and Global Shop is required * Must have great communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Possesses strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. * High proficiency in information systems/platforms such as HubSpot, as well as Microsoft Excel. Working knowledge of NetSuite and Global Shop is a plus. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple projects at the same time. * Proven ability to collaborate effectively and advance projects across different departments within the company. * Experience in the construction equipment industry is advantageous. * Preference for candidates currently located in the Midwest.
