Eye Q Optometrist is a high-end, private optometry practice in New York City, known for exceptional patient care, advanced clinical services, and a curated luxury eyewear experience. We are currently seeking an experienced Luxury Optical Sales Associate to join our NYC team. Position: Full-Time Location: New York City Schedule: Full-time; Saturdays required Start: Immediate hire Qualifications & Experience * Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury optical sales (required) * Proven track record as a strong closer and sales professional * Experience working with high-net-worth and discerning clientele * Strong understanding of premium eyewear brands, lenses, and styling * Confident, polished, and professional demeanor * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment Key Responsibilities * Deliver a high-touch, concierge-level optical experience * Guide patients through frame selection, lens options, and upgrades * Build trust and long-term relationships with high-end clients * Consistently meet and exceed sales goals * Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards * Work collaboratively with doctors and staff to ensure seamless patient care What We Offer * Competitive compensation (hourly + incentives, based on experience) * Opportunity to work with luxury eyewear brands * Supportive, professional team environment * Growth opportunities within a respected private practice Serious applicants only.
