Qualifications

& Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury optical sales (required)
• Proven track record as a strong closer and sales professional
• Experience working with high-net-worth and discerning clientele
• Strong understanding of premium eyewear brands, lenses, and styling
• Confident, polished, and professional demeanor
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-touch, concierge-level optical experience
• Guide patients through frame selection, lens options, and upgrades
• Build trust and long-term relationships with high-end clients
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards
