Job Description Full time outside sales position specializing in selling: agricultural equipment, tractors, compact construction equipment, telehandlers, etc. Candidate will actively manage and grow a sales territory. Requirements * Proven sales success in the agricultural market. * A working knowledge of Ag equipment: Tractors, Balers, Combines, and Swathers. * Experienced in business development and account management. * Excellent customer service skills. * Possess a sense of urgency and timing. * Mechanical aptitude. * Daily CRM input and maintenance. * Submit expense and other reports in a timely manner. * Exceptional self-discipline with a competitive drive. * Ability to explain and demonstrate the features and benefits of a wide variety of equipment (as noted above). * Comfortable calling on new and existing accounts, developing long term business relationships. * Ability to work as needed (additional hours) during the busy season. Qualifications * Prefer 3-5 years sales experience in the ag equipment industry. * Prefer a bachelor's degree in: business, construction, or agricultural related field. * Must have excellent computer, communication, and writing skills. * Must be proficient in Excel and Word. * Must be customer service oriented and display a positive attitude at all times. * Must be professional, efficient, and punctual with a good attendance record.
