Director of Sales Reports To: Chief Operating Officer Preferred Location: Boise, ID or St. Louis, MO (Remote eligible) About PCS Edventures PCS Edventures is a leading provider of hands-on STEM education solutions, partnering with schools and organizations for more than 30 years. We deliver innovative, standards-aligned programs that make learning active, engaging, and impactful across K-12, higher education, and out-of-school environments. Position Overview PCS Edventures is seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Sales to lead revenue growth and customer acquisition across all product lines within the STEM education market. Reporting to the COO, this role balances sales strategy with execution--coaching the team, managing key accounts, strengthening reseller relationships, and improving sales processes. The Director of Sales leads a team of Sales Professionals, a Reseller Relationship Manager, and Sales Assistants, and collaborates closely with Marketing, Product Development, Operations, and Finance. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals * Forecast revenue, set targets, and track performance * Lead, coach, and develop the sales team * Oversee the full sales cycle and CRM reporting * Manage reseller and strategic partner relationships * Serve as a strategic contact for key customer accounts * Collaborate cross-functionally to support growth and customer experience Qualifications * Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred * 7-10 years of progressive sales experience, including 3+ years in leadership * Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals (education/STEM preferred) * Experience with direct and indirect sales channels * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills * Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven sales management To Apply Please send your resume and cover letter to [please apply online].
