Overview

PCS Edventures is seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Sales to lead revenue growth and customer acquisition across all product lines within the STEM education market. Reporting to the COO, this role balances sales strategy with execution--coaching the team, managing key accounts, strengthening reseller relationships, and improving sales processes. The Director of Sales leads a team of Sales Professionals, a Reseller Relationship Manager, and Sales Assistants, and collaborates closely with Marketing, Product Development, Operations, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals
• Forecast revenue, set targets, and track performance
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team
• Oversee the full sales cycle and CRM reporting
• Manage reseller and strategic partner relationships
• Serve as a strategic contact for key customer accounts
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support growth and customer experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• 7-10 years of progressive sales experience, including 3+ years in leadership
• Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals (education/STEM preferred)
• Experience with direct and indirect sales channels
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
