About the Role: We're seeking a driven and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll assist clients with their personal insurance needs , including auto, home, and renters policies. We welcome applicants who are eager to start a career in insurance--even if you don't yet have your Personal Lines License , as long as you're willing to obtain it shortly after hire. Bilingual in Spanish and English is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities: * Consult with clients to identify their insurance needs and recommend appropriate personal lines coverage. * Provide quotes, explain policy options, and assist with new and existing accounts. * Deliver excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person communication. * Follow up with leads, maintain client relationships, and support retention efforts. * Keep accurate records and stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends. * Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals. Qualifications: * Willingness and ability to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance License shortly after hire (support may be provided). * Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems. * Bilingual (Spanish/English) - Preferred Compensation Options: * Base Salary + Commission * Commission-Only with Performance Bonuses Compensation structure can be discussed during the interview based on your experience and goals.
