< Job Summary> Avidity Technologies is a fast-growing technology and creative services firm serving higher education, municipalities, school districts, museums, churches, and commercial organizations across Illinois and beyond. We deliver Managed IT, cybersecurity, AI-driven automation, physical security systems, and creative media solutions. We are an approved State of Illinois IPHEC contract vendor , with up to $5 million in authorized purchasing capacity available to colleges and universities. We are hiring a Director of Revenue & Partnerships to actively convert that contract into real revenue before it expires. This is not a junior sales role. This is a hunter, closer, and higher- education relationship builder. * Base salary: $70,000 to $95,000 * Commission: 5 -10% of gross profit on deals you close * Six-figure earning potential for strong performers < Duties> You will own revenue growth across Avidity's public-sector and institutional markets, with a primary focus on higher education and IPHEC-driven deals. * Build and manage a pipeline of: * Colleges and universities * Municipalities and school districts * Museums, churches, and commercial clients * Actively prospect and engage higher-education decision makers (IT, procurement, facilities, operations, communications) * Educate campuses on how to use Avidity's IPHEC contract to buy without issuing new RFPs * Run discovery calls and campus meetings * Package Avidity's IT, cybersecurity, physical security, automation, and creative services into IPHEC-compliant solutions * Drive proposals, pricing, and deal closures * Build channel partnerships with: * Higher-ed consultants * Campus architects * IT and security integrators * Maintain CRM, pipeline forecasts, and revenue targets * Work directly with the CEO on large institutional deals What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who knows how to win business. * 5+ years of B2B or institutional sales, business development, or partnerships * Experience selling into higher education, government, or public sector strongly preferred * Experience navigating procurement, contracts, or cooperative purchasing programs (IPHEC, NASPO, Omnia, etc.) is a major plus * Comfortable selling complex, multi-service solutions * Proven ability to build and close a pipeline * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Highly organized and driven by revenue targets Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance Application Question(s): * Describe one deal you personally closed that you are most proud of.
