The Opportunity We're looking for a Sales & Design Consultant who can guide clients from initial inquiry through concept, design, and contract. This role blends relationship-based sales, creative design input, and consultative problem- solving. You'll work directly with qualified leads who are seeking premium outdoor spaces -- not price shoppers. Responsibilities * Meet with homeowners to understand lifestyle, vision, and budget * Present SiteWorx's design philosophy, construction standards, and process * Collaborate on pool and outdoor living designs (pools, spas, kitchens, fire features, structures, etc.) * Prepare and present proposals with confidence and clarity * Manage follow-ups and move projects efficiently toward contract * Maintain accurate notes and pipeline tracking * Represent SiteWorx professionally in the field and in the community Ideal Candidate * 3+ years of sales experience (construction, design, real estate, or luxury services preferred) * Strong communication and presentation skills * Design-minded with an eye for aesthetics and detail * Comfortable selling high-ticket projects ($100k -$350k+) * Organized, self-motivated, and professional * Familiarity with construction principles, pools, outdoor living, or residential construction is a plus. * Ability to navigate one of the AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Structure Studios or similar 3d modeling/CAD software.
