Fast-Growing Healthcare SaaS Startup Onsite -- NYC Midtown We are a fast-growing startup in the healthcare technology space, building a modern SaaS platform that helps provider organizations scale chronic care programs, streamline workflows, and unlock recurring revenue. We're hiring a Growth / Sales Manager to own deals end-to-end, run a consultative sales process, and help drive growth across physician groups, MSOs, and healthcare organizations. This is an onsite role based in our NYC Midtown office for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to work closely with leadership, product, and customer teams. What You'll Do * Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close * Sell a SaaS platform into physician groups, MSOs, and healthcare organizations * Lead consultative conversations focused on workflow, outcomes, and ROI * Deliver tailored product demos and proposals * Collaborate closely with customer success and product teams * Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM data * Contribute to go-to-market strategy and sales execution What We're Looking For * 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales or growth roles * Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals * Strong consultative selling and executive communication skills * Experience selling workflow or operational software * Healthcare experience is a plus; SaaS sales experience is required * Comfortable working onsite in NYC and in a high-ownership startup environment Why This Role * High-impact, visible role at a rapidly scaling healthcare SaaS startup * Direct access to leadership and real influence on growth * Clear path for career advancement * Competitive base salary plus commission Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
