Fast-Growing Healthcare SaaS Startup Onsite -- NYC Midtown We are a fast-growing startup in the healthcare technology space, building a modern SaaS platform that helps provider organizations scale chronic care programs, streamline workflows, and unlock recurring revenue. We're hiring a Growth / Sales Manager to own deals end-to-end, run a consultative sales process, and help drive growth across physician groups, MSOs, and healthcare organizations. This is an onsite role based in our NYC Midtown office for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to work closely with leadership, product, and customer teams.

What You'll Do

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
• Sell a SaaS platform into physician groups, MSOs, and healthcare organizations
• Lead consultative conversations focused on workflow, outcomes, and ROI
• Deliver tailored product demos and proposals
• Collaborate closely with customer success and product teams
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM data
• Contribute to go-to-market strategy and sales execution What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales or growth roles
• Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals
• Strong consultative selling and executive communication skills
• Experience selling workflow or operational software
• Healthcare experience is a plus; SaaS sales experience is required
• Comfortable working onsite in NYC and in a high-ownership startup environment Why This Role
