Who This Role Is For You might be a fit if you are a productive agent closing 12+ transactions per year , and you're ready to: * Join a high-performance leadership team * Coach and drive agent production with systems and accountability * Leverage an unmatched lead flow and brand reputation * Build long-term wealth through shared revenue tied to team growth and agent success What You'll Do (Responsibilities) * Lead Growth & Production: Drive weekly activity and performance metrics to help agents hit production goals * Agent Development: Coach agents on lead conversion, follow-up, scripts, appointments, contracts, and closing execution * Recruiting & Onboarding: Help attract and launch motivated full-time, income-driven agents into our systems * Follow Up Boss Execution: Ensure agents are using Follow Up Boss correctly--speed-to-lead, tagging, tasking, smart lists, pipeline stages, and clean notes * Culture & Accountability: Run team huddles/meetings, implement scorecards, and build a winning environment * Lead Management: Ensure company-generated leads are handled at a high standard and distributed for maximum conversion * Systems & Process: Help enforce best practices around lead routing, follow-up plans, and weekly performance reporting What We Provide (Resources & Support) * Preferred access to company-generated leads * Huge inbound lead flow: 100+ inbound calls/week + hundreds of leads * Massive database: 120,000+ leads * Follow Up Boss CRM + scripts, automations, reporting, and proven follow-up systems * Strong listing inventory across the company to support buyers and conversion * Proven brand reputation with 760+ 5-star reviews * Leadership support, systems, and infrastructure to scale Compensation This is a 100% commission role with strong upside, designed for high performers.
