Sales Coordinator All Valley Fireplace - Boise / Garden City, ID Full-time | On-site $22+/hr DOE All Valley Fireplace sells, installs, and services fireplaces, stoves, fire pits, and outdoor products across the Treasure Valley and beyond. We're growing fast and need a Sales Operations Coordinator to keep our sales pipeline, job files, and product data clean, accurate, and moving. You're the organized backbone behind the sales team - the one who makes sure the details are right so everyone else can do their jobs. What you'll do * Own the CRM/POS data Keep leads, opportunities, and sold jobs updated and accurate in Service Fusion and related tools. * Review sold jobs before they hit Operations Check that customer info, job notes, photos, and line items meet handoff standards; kick jobs back to reps when something's missing, with clear notes. * Maintain product & pricing info Help keep SKUs, descriptions, and pricing in Service Fusion current and easy for Sales, Install, and Service to use. * Build simple reports & scoreboards Put together regular sales reports (pipeline, revenue, close rates, etc.) and maintain team scoreboards for the EVP of Sales and leadership. * Support sales meetings Prep reports, help with agendas, track action items, and keep shared docs and templates updated. * Be the process go-to Answer "How do I enter this?" type questions, help keep forms/templates organized, and support clean, consistent processes between Sales, Install, Service, and Warehouse.
