Full description of the position
Automotive Desking, Closing, and F&I experience required. Applicants without Desking, Closing, and F&I experience will not be considered. Do not apply unless you consistently produce 35%+ Closing Ratio with an $1,000+ Average F/E Bump. Top-Performers only * Minimum 35%+ Closing Ratio with an $1,000+ Average F/E Bump. * TO (Turnover) Every Customer, 100% of the Time. No exceptions. * Save-A-Deal meeting w/ each Salesperson every morning, then Save-A-Deal meeting w/ Management Team every morning. * CRM Master - Schedule, Confirm 24 Hours in Advance & Morning Of, & Show Appointments. * CRM Master - Input every customer, detailed notes, & accurate marketing source. * Minimum $2,500+ F&I PVR - You need to know how to setup the Backend. F &I Experience Required. * Rehash Deals for Better Approvals, Terms, Rates to increase Volume Sales, increase F/E Profitability, and Setup F&I Performance. * Volume Sales, F/E Profitability, & Closing % Performance Reporting will be requested. * Customer Satisfaction - Google Reviews. You'll be responsible for: * Minimum 35%+ Closing Ratio with an $1,000+ Average F/E Bump. * TO (Turnover) Every Customer, 100% of the Time. No exceptions. * Desking, Closing, Volume Sales, F/E Profitability, Setting up F&I for strong Backend Performance. * Submitting deals to lenders. * Structuring and re-hashing deals for better approvals, terms, rates to increase volume sales, F/E profitability, setting up F&I performance. * Manage Sales Team & Salespeople to meet and exceed goals, specifically Answering every inbound phone call, holding sales team & salespeople accountable to their daily outbound activities (Call/Voicemail, Text, Email - CTE), & more importantly, holding sales team & salespeople accountable to their results (not effort). How many calls, text, email sent daily? How many appointments scheduled? How many appointments confirmed? How many appointments showed versus no-showed? How many appointments sold? Individually and as a Team. * Effectively Manage Sales Team & Enforce Sales Processes. * Complete all Sales Processes 100% of the Time. * Effectively handle customer escalations when required. * Track Performance Metrics & Distribute Nightly Reporting to Executive Team. Where we're at, and where we're going * We're ramping up to 500 vehicles by June 1st, 2026. * We're opening 2 more locations by December 1st, 2026. (Growth Opportunities) * We sell 100% of our inventory every 30 days. * The Sales Manager will have an opportunity to transition into a General Sales Manager and oversee all Sales operations at the location.
