Bring your 'A' game and a positive attitude to work every day! * Greet customers and identify the motorcycle that meets their needs. Great listening skills are key! * Explain and demonstrate motorcycle features on test drives * Guide customers through the sales process and ensure every customer has a premium buying experience * Meet or exceed realistic and achievable sales goals * Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business Prospect for new customers * Qualifications - Motorcycle Salespeople: * We hire for attitude and aptitude and train for everything else! * Energetic with good sales, communication and customer service skills * Positive, helpful and motivated to succeed * Able to work a flexible schedule. We are closed every Sunday and Monday * Willing to obtain a motorcycle license.
