VAMAC INC - Winchester, Virginia Job Title: Field Sales - Outside Sales Associate Schedule: Monday - Friday (Day Shift, Full Time) Pay Rate: $60,000 plus commission + incentives We are continuing to grow throughout the Mid-Atlantic region with 20 Virginia locations to serve our business family. What We Offer: * Direct Deposit with Bi-Weekly Pay * Health, Dental and Life Insurance * 401(k) Company Match * Six Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO) Program * Drug Testing for Workplace Safety * Continued Career Growth and Development Opportunities A Day in the Life of a Field Sales Outside Sales Associate: * Providing exceptional service to current customer base while building new business relationships through shop and jobsite visits, over the phone, and through accurate order entry * Increasing sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional as well as new products * Working cooperatively with other team members, such as coordinating deliveries, communicating customer needs with associates, and other branch operations as needed * Following ethical standards and complying with company policies that ensure as safe, friendly, and team-oriented family culture Required Skills: * Outstanding organizational and communication skills; ability to multi-task; ability to work independently and with minimal supervision * Computer literacy.
