We pride ourselves on our innovative approach and commitment to customer satisfaction. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Engineer to join our team. Position Overview: The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with clients in various industries. This role requires a deep understanding of the manufacturing landscape, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in sales management. Key Responsibilities: * Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in both U.S. and Chinese markets. * Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. * Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, adjusting strategies accordingly. * Collaboration: Work closely with production, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects. * Reporting: Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. * 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the manufacturing or assembly sectors. Electronics sales experience is desired. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. * Strong understanding of the U.S. and Chinese manufacturing markets. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
