GoldenGate Generations is a promotional and advertising firm representing top- tier Fortune 10 companies. Currently, we've partnered with a major telecommunications client to bring their wireless services directly to consumers through face-to-face interactions in high-traffic retail environments.

Responsibilities

:

• Educate customers on current wireless promotions and service options
• Assist with account activations, upgrades, and product inquiries
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a professional presence
• Represent our client's brand with integrity and enthusiasm
• Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date with changing promotions
• Work as part of a goal-driven team in a fast-paced retail setting

Requirements

:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with in-person customer interaction
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Previous sales or retail experience is a plus--but not required (we provide full training!) Rewards:
