GoldenGate Generations is a promotional and advertising firm representing top- tier Fortune 10 companies. Currently, we've partnered with a major telecommunications client to bring their wireless services directly to consumers through face-to-face interactions in high-traffic retail environments. Responsibilities: * Educate customers on current wireless promotions and service options * Assist with account activations, upgrades, and product inquiries * Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a professional presence * Represent our client's brand with integrity and enthusiasm * Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date with changing promotions * Work as part of a goal-driven team in a fast-paced retail setting Requirements: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Comfortable with in-person customer interaction * Must be reliable and punctual * Previous sales or retail experience is a plus--but not required (we provide full training!)
