Position: PROJECT MANAGER/ SALES REPRESENTATIVE(Full-Time) Responsibilities: Customer Service: *Meet with our customers and educate about options for AC installations. *Walk our customers through the sales and installation process. *Present Air Quality options available during the new installation process. *Follow up with our customers post-install. *Provide customer support before, during and after installation. Administrative Tasks: *Follow a Pipeline schedule for potential sales. *Scheduling installations according to customer needs. *Closely work alongside our install teams. *Monitor our in-house inventory of AC systems and Air Quality products. *Initiate Consumer Loans for new installations. *Data entry. Requirements/Qualifications: *Two years of sales experience in the HVAC field (preferred), and/or *Two years' experience in sales. *Clear and effective communication skills. *Customer-centric attitude (treating our customers like family). *Ability to retain important information. *Detail-oriented. *Fast learner with apps and programs. *Self-motivated and highly likable personality. Work Details: *Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm. *Some after hour work will be necessary. *Salary plus commissions. *Requires both office hours and field visits. *Location: 2115 S 30th Street, Haine City. *Contact: 863-[please apply online].
