Inside Sales Administrator Company: 1st Choice Material Handling Department: Sales Reports To: Sales Manager * Position Summary* ** The Inside Sales Administrator plays a key support role within the Sales Department, combining customer outreach, administrative coordination, and sales operations support. This position works closely with the Sales Manager and sales team to support revenue growth, maintain accurate records, and ensure efficient sales processes. Key Responsibilities The individual in this position will have two primary areas of responsibility: Telemarketing & Customer Outreach * Perform telemarketing activities as directed by the Sales Manager * Contact existing customers and prospective new customers to support sales initiatives * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system * Professionally represent the company during all customer communications Sales Administration & Support * Order equipment for inventory stock and customer-specific orders * Process vendor invoices related to sales department purchases and ensure accurate entry into the management system * Process and track sales commission data * Maintain and organize sales department customer files * Maintain inventory of sales brochures and marketing materials * Assist sales associates by coordinating supplier training information Qualifications & Education Requirements - Prior material handling industry experience is required * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Basic accounting knowledge Preferred Skills & Competencies - Excellent telephone skills and professional demeanor * Ability to handle rejection during outbound calls * Strong organizational skills * CRM system proficiency * FLSA Classification* ** This position is classified as Non-Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Physical Demands ** This role requires the ability to sit for extended periods, use standard office equipment, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
