Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Operations & Leadership Support Upper East Side + Midtown East Studios We are hiring a dependable, proactive, and service-driven Assistant General Manager to play a key leadership-support role across our two Manhattan studios. This is a true management-track position with real growth potential. The flexibility & location requirement (non-negotiable) * You must be able to reach either studio in 30 -40 minutes maximum (door-to-door) when needed. * You live in Manhattan or very close surrounding areas. The closer, the better. Key Responsibilities * Fully step in as Assistant General Manager (running the studio independently) whenever the Area Manager/Lead Flexologist is out (vacation, sick days, personal days, or otherwise unavailable) * Support daily operations, scheduling, inventory, client experience, and special projects * Oversee team coordination, studio flow, and uphold brand standards across both locations * Drive membership and package sales through exceptional client conversations and relationship-building * Quickly assist clients with any issues or concerns and resolve studio-related problems on the spot * Help implement new initiatives and ensure exceptional client hospitality Ideal Candidate * Extremely reliable, calm under pressure, and obsessed with delivering outstanding client and team experiences * Outstanding sales skills - proven ability to close memberships, packages, and retail naturally and confidently * Exceptional people skills - warm, engaging, and able to connect instantly with clients while assisting them * Background in fitness, physical therapy, Pilates, yoga, dance, exercise science, or related field (degree is a big plus) * Previous leadership or management experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail is strongly preferred * Ready and confident to run the studio(s) solo when the manager is away What We Offer * Competitive compensation + performance bonuses (uncapped earning potential tied to sales) * Free stretch sessions * Fully paid advanced training and certifications * Positive, high-energy team environment in a rapidly growing brand This position reports directly to the Area Manager/Lead Flexologist.
