Mercedes-Benz of Saint Charles is expanding and seeking a New Car Sales Manager to help lead our sales team through its next phase of growth. This position is well suited for a leader who enjoys coaching, structure, and process, and who takes pride in delivering a first-class customer experience-- beyond simply desk management. Key Responsibilities * Lead daily new car sales operations and desk activity * Coach, train, and develop the sales team to drive consistent performance * Drive results through accountability, process, and follow-up * Collaborate with Finance, Used Cars, and leadership to ensure seamless transactions * Uphold Mercedes-Benz brand standards in every customer interaction Qualifications * Prior experience as a New Car Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager * Mercedes-Benz or luxury experience a plus * Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills * Ability to balance performance expectations with team development * Professional presence aligned with a luxury automotive brand Job Type: Full-time Pay: $114,000.00 - $148,342.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
