If you have current or previous Powersports or Marine or Automotive or RV dealership Sales experience we NEED to talk to you. We sell Honda's complete Powersports lineup to include: Motorcycles, Dirtbikes, ATVs, Side-by-sides, and scooters. We also offer the Polaris off-road lineup of Side-by-sides and ATVs! Bi-Lingual is a HUGE advantage We immediately offer: - 5 day work week-Tuesday thru Saturday-Hours open 9AM-6PM -TWO DAY WEEKEND! (We're closed Sunday/Monday every week.) -Base rate minimum wage draw against commissions -Paid three times monthly -Weekly Spiffs & Bonuses -Christmas Club employee bonus program -Paid training Key Responsibilities * Engage prospects via email, chat, phone , and face-to-face interactions. * Understand each customer's needs and guide them to the right products--be it motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, boats, parts, or accessories. * Present product features, benefits, and pricing clearly; demonstrate thorough knowledge of inventory and brands. * Build strong relationships to drive trust and deliver seamless sales experiences, from initial contact through follow-up. * Maintain showroom appeal and support team efforts with product displays and organization. * Handle some physical tasks like positioning motorcycles and moving equipment (up to 500 lbs). * Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and significantly contribute to our sales strategy. Qualifications & Skills * Experience : Minimum 2+ years in sales; prior experience with powersports or boats is a plus. * Enthusiasm : Passion for powersports/boating with personal or professional experience encouraged. * Technical Ability : CRM-savvy and comfortable with digital communication channels. * Customer Focus : Outstanding service skills and a strong work ethic. * Team Spirit : Collaborative, self-driven, and proud to deliver excellence every day. * Physical Capacity : Able to lift and move up to 40-500 lbs safely. Requirements * Proven experience in sales or business development environments. * Strong understanding of account management principles. * Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Lightspeed, is highly desirable. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Demonstrated ability in lead generation and direct sales techniques. * Strong dealer process skills to maximize close rates. * Exceptional customer service orientation with a passion for helping clients succeed. * Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
