We are seeking a Business Growth Manager who is results-driven. Join a leading global organization that specializes in offering engagement solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Their mission is to assist companies in motivating and engaging their employees, customers, and partners to achieve better outcomes. A consistent work history is required - no more than 3 positions held in the last decade. This role is hybrid but requires presence in the office at least 3 days per week. Location: Greater Milwaukee Responsibilities * The Business Growth Manager will be responsible for identifying potential accounts, creating an entry strategy, executing prospecting campaigns, building relationships, understanding customer business objectives, and collaborating with subject matter experts to deliver solutions that meet customer needs. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * Minimum of 10 years of direct B2B sales experience targeting Fortune 1000 companies. * Proven track record in new business development for professional services. * Experience in high-value sales (>$250k per sale). * Familiarity with various sales cycles (ranging from three to twelve months). * Stable career progression with no more than three roles in the last decade. * Compensation structured with substantial commissions and bonuses. * Demonstrated ability to increase revenue through lead generation. Compensation Package Earnings are uncapped and based on performance. Includes a base salary of $140,000, plus commission and bonuses tied to annual revenue and profitability targets.
