What We're Looking For: We are looking for a full-time retail associate to work 32 to 40 hours a week, on nights and weekends. * Job Responsibilities: * Deliver outstanding customer service in-store and over the phone. * Contribute to a positive and welcoming store environment. * Learn and maintain knowledge of our current product selection. * Suggest new products or offerings based on customer needs. * Operate the cash register and assist with transactions. * Stock and price merchandise. * Pull transfer items and assist in inventory management. * Support our HitTrax performance center. Maintain clean and appealing merchandising displays. * Qualifications: * Friendly, outgoing personality. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.
