General Placement Service is partnering with a fast-growing, tech focused insurance carrier to find a Territory Leader specializing in Medical Malpractice for physician groups and solo practitioners. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead in a streamlined, agent-friendly underwriting environment, building strong agency relationships and driving new business growth.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Manage and grow physician group accounts across the territory
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with agencies and key clients.
• Drive underwriting and new business production while ensuring superior customer and agent experience.
• Achieve and exceed production targets through strategic sales and business development.

Qualifications

:

• 7-10+ years underwriting Medical Malpractice for physicians, both solo and group practices.
• Established agency relationships.
• Strong business development and sales track record.

Compensation

& Incentives:

• Base salary: $100,000-$125,000
• Bonus structure: Eligible at 75% of production target; bonus scales with achievement and can double when exceeding target.
• Highly attainable incentive plan for strong producers. Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
