We are growing fast and looking for an entrepreneurial sales professional to help us handle our influx of leads and develop new relationships. The Role We are seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, visiting customers' homes/businesses to assess their needs, measure for installations, and present custom door solutions. You don't need to be a garage door expert to start--we provide training--but you must be a closer who loves meeting people and solving problems. What You Will Do * Run Warm Leads and Establish New Relationships : Visit leads and prospective leads for service or replacement quotes. We will provide leads but successful candidates will also establish new relationships and generate leads. * Consult & Measure: Assess the customer's garage, take accurate measurements, and identify structural requirements for new installs. * Present Solutions : Show customers samples and brochures, explaining the benefits of different materials, insulation values, and styles. * Close the Deal : Prepare accurate estimates on-site and/or from the office and close the sale. * Manage Your Pipeline : Follow up on open estimates and maintain clear notes in our CRM. * Collaborate : Work with our installation managers to ensure the job you sold is communicated and installed perfectly. What We Are Looking For * Sales Experience : 2+ years of outside sales or in-home sales experience is preferred. Experience in windows, roofing, HVAC, or construction is a huge plus. * Technical Aptitude : You don't need to be a mechanic, but you must be comfortable using a tape measure and learning how mechanical systems work. * Driver 's License: A clean driving record is mandatory. * Communication : You are professional, articulate, and can explain technical and design concepts to home and business owners in simple terms. * Self-Starter : You can manage your own schedule and stay motivated without someone looking over your shoulder. * Organization : You can maintain an accurate CRM database and report results to leadership on a regular basis. Compensation & Benefits * Pay Structure: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission * Earning Potentia l: Our average reps earn $65,000 - 95,000 in their first year. Top performers earn $100k+. * Company Vehicle : Company Vehicle provided. * Tools : Company iPad/Laptop and phone provided. * Training : Paid training period to learn our products and sales system.
