Located in Grand Forks, ND Salary: $50k (Potential OTE $100k++) Outside Sales - Flood Barriers Location: Grand Forks, ND Salary: $50,000 base + substantial commission opportunities (top performers earn over $120K+) Are you a driven outside sales professional ready to take your career to the next level? We are representing a growing company in the flood-protection industry, looking for an ambitious Outside Sales rep to build relationships, close deals, and make a real impact. This is not a typical 9-5 -you'll be on the front lines, connecting with contractors, architects, engineers, and end users across the region. Why This Role Rocks:

Key Responsibilities

:

• Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying customer needs and delivering the right solutions.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and end users.
• Manage the full sales process -prepare proposals, follow up on quotes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Travel to client sites and occasionally participate in tradeshows and weekend visits. What We're Looking For:
• Proven outside sales experience, ideally selling to contractors or in the construction/flood-protection space
• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, management, or related field (engineering degree a plus)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-focused, self-motivated, and results-oriented
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications
