Vice President, Global Marketing & Sales Lubricant & Additives Manufacturer | Global Role We are a dynamic, fast-growing manufacturer of specialty lubricants and performance additives serving global industrial, automotive, and specialty markets. We are seeking a Vice President of Global Marketing & Sales to lead worldwide revenue growth, strengthen distributor performance, and translate technical product advantages into sustainable commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale global sales and technical marketing across direct and distributor channels
  • Build and manage a robust global pipeline; drive bookings, margin, and mix improvement
  • Partner with R&D and operations to align product strategy, positioning, and market needs
  • Lead distributor strategy, performance management, and channel expansion
  • Develop value-based messaging that clearly communicates technical differentiation to customers
  • Represent the company with key global customers and strategic partners
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance sales and marketing organization
Qualifications
  • Education: BS/BA required; Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related technical degree strongly preferred (MBA a plus)
  • Experience: 10+ years in lubricant additives, fuels, or specialty chemicals with demonstrated global sales and technical marketing success
  • Technical strength: Comfortable discussing formulations, test data, performance claims, and application fit with technical buyers
  • Commercial strength: Proven track record building pipelines, closing deals, and improving margin and product mix
  • Channel leadership: Experience managing distributors and delivering measurable performance improvements
  • Communication: Executive presence; strong written and verbal skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
  • Tools: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; strong CRM discipline (Salesforce or similar) e. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $180,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
