Just Between Friends Of Lakeland in Lakeland, FL is looking for Customer Service Retail workers to join our seasonal pop up children's consignment event, October 24-25, 2025 at the RP Funding Center. Responsibilities * Greet customers and answer questions, assist with merchandise * Maintain a clean and tidy work area * Rearranging, merchandising items for sale, inspecting items for safety & quality * Provide exceptional customer service to customers and team members * Being on time, dependable, with a firm commitment to your schedule and the success of the event Qualifications * Proven working experience in customer service or retail * Ability to listen and communicate effectively while working with others. Teamwork is an important part of working at JBF * Ability to stand and walk all day, lifting items, and work in a fast paced, busy environment (think retail on black Friday!) * Friendly and helpful to everyone in order to pull off a great event!
