Responsibilities

of a Entry Level Sales Associate

• Present fiber internet, wireless, and telecommunications services to new and existing customers
• Assist with service enrollments, billing inquiries, activations, and account changes
• Provide personalized sales solutions that align with customer needs and budgets
• Build and maintain client relationships that drive loyalty, retention, and referrals
• Accurately manage and update sales activity, client accounts, and enrollment records
• Collaborate with leadership and teammates to achieve sales and service goals
