As demand for our custom homes continues to grow, we are expanding our pre-construction and sales team. This role is ideal for an estimator, project coordinator, or construction- minded professional who enjoys working with clients and wants to work in a high-performing custom home sales counselor role. Use your construction knowledge to help guide potential homeowners towards their Dream Home. A Nebraska Real Estate License is not required to apply * -Regency will support and pay for licensing for the right candidate. The Role This position blends residential construction knowledge, client consultation, with new home sales. You will work with buyers from initial inquiry through the construction process, helping scope projects, present budgets, explain construction details, and guide clients to contract. Key Responsibilities * Present preliminary cost estimates and pricing for semi-custom home projects * Review plans, specifications, and design selections with prospective buyers * Explain construction methods, materials, and options in a clear, client-friendly way * Support the sales process from initial inquiry through the construction process * Work closely with design, construction, and leadership teams to align scope and budget * Build trust and long-term relationships with clients during pre-construction and build phases * Staff a decorated model home as a new home sales consultant, including weekend availability * Obtain a Nebraska Real Estate License with company support Who We're Looking For : * Background in residential construction, estimating, or project coordination * Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients * Sales-minded and motivated to excel into a commission-based role * Organized, detail-oriented, and confident presenting pricing and scope * Willing to work weekends - Compensation & Growth * Potential earnings of $180,000+ USD (salary + commission) * Competitive base salary during estimator and pre-sales phase * Paid vacations and holidays * Paid medical and dental insurance * 401(k) program * Licensing support and ongoing training * Clear path to long-term growth with a stable, respected builder If you understand how homes are built and want to sell what you help price and plan, this is a rare opportunity to build a long-term career with Regency Homes.
