Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales Representative based in Oakland, CA. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Key tasks include identifying customer needs, providing tailored logistics solutions, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics services. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, and business development * Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills * Knowledge of logistics, freight brokerage, and supply chain management * Ability to identify client needs, provide customized solutions, and meet sales goals * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred * Previous experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $75,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
