Full description of the position

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth across the tri-state area. This role is ideal for someone who excels in building relationships, managing high-performing teams, and securing new accounts/contracts in the commercial facilities sector. This is a full-time hybrid position: Expect a blend of in-office work, remote work, and travel within the tri-state region as needed. Compensation: $120,000-$160,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Duties * Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals. * Actively participate in and support the acquisition of new accounts and service contracts. * Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence and generate new business. * Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. * Host, schedule, and participate in Zoom meetings, virtual presentations, and client check-ins. * Conduct field visits and on-site client meetings throughout the tri-state area when required. * Oversee sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management. * Collaborate with leadership to refine sales processes and enhance team performance. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth * Represent the company with professionalism, confidence, and a solutions-based mindset. Experience * Proven sales experience (3-5+ years preferred), ideally in facilities services, operations, or a related B2B environment. * Prior experience managing or leading a sales team. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Strong organizational skills and reliability; able to manage multiple priorities effectively. * Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and virtual meeting platforms. * Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative environment * Exceptional communication skills focused on customer service excellence * Willingness to travel as needed. * Self-motivated team leader with a results-driven approach.
