Commission-Based | Independent Contractor | Hybrid | Nashville, TN Job Summary We are seeking a Director of Productivity and Growth to lead sales performance, agent coaching, and business development for a multi-location commercial real estate brokerage firm. This senior-level role focuses on agent productivity, recruiting support, training, and scalable growth across multiple markets. This is a commission-based independent contractor position , reporting directly to senior management and company ownership , with weekly in- office attendance required in Nashville, Tennessee. Key Responsibilities Sales Productivity & Performance Management * Drive commercial real estate agent productivity across multiple office locations * Implement sales coaching, accountability systems, and performance metrics * Monitor KPIs including pipeline management, deal flow, GCI, and activity benchmarks Agent Training & Coaching * Develop and deliver commercial real estate sales training programs * Coach new and experienced agents on prospecting, business planning, and deal execution * Improve agent adoption of CRM systems and sales processes Growth & Business Development * Support recruiting and onboarding of commercial real estate brokers * Identify opportunities for brokerage growth, market expansion, and agent retention * Collaborate with leadership to execute strategic growth initiatives Leadership & Strategy * Work directly with ownership, managing brokers, and senior leadership * Provide insights on sales performance, market trends, and agent economics * Build scalable systems and best practices across multiple markets Qualifications * Experience in commercial real estate brokerage , sales management , or agent productivity coaching * Strong understanding of commission-based sales teams and independent contractor environments * Proven success in sales coaching, recruiting, and performance management * Ability to lead multi-location sales teams * Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Compensation & Work Structure * Compensation: Commission-based (uncapped earning potential) * Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099) * Work Schedule: Hybrid with weekly office attendance in Nashville, TN * Reports To: Senior Management and Company Ownership * Travel: Limited travel may be required to our other markets and/or conferences Why Join Us This role offers a unique opportunity to influence commercial real estate brokerage growth , agent performance , and sales scalability at an enterprise level.
