Job Summary
We are seeking a Director of Productivity and Growth to lead sales performance, agent coaching, and business development for a multi-location commercial real estate brokerage firm. This senior-level role focuses on agent productivity, recruiting support, training, and scalable growth across multiple markets. This is a commission-based independent contractor position , reporting directly to senior management and company ownership , with weekly in- office attendance required in Nashville, Tennessee.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Productivity & Performance Management
- Drive commercial real estate agent productivity across multiple office locations
- Implement sales coaching, accountability systems, and performance metrics
- Monitor KPIs including pipeline management, deal flow, GCI, and activity benchmarks Agent Training & Coaching
- Develop and deliver commercial real estate sales training programs
- Coach new and experienced agents on prospecting, business planning, and deal execution
- Improve agent adoption of CRM systems and sales processes Growth & Business Development
- Support recruiting and onboarding of commercial real estate brokers
- Identify opportunities for brokerage growth, market expansion, and agent retention
- Collaborate with leadership to execute strategic growth initiatives Leadership & Strategy
- Work directly with ownership, managing brokers, and senior leadership
- Provide insights on sales performance, market trends, and agent economics
- Build scalable systems and best practices across multiple markets
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial real estate brokerage , sales management , or agent productivity coaching
- Strong understanding of commission-based sales teams and independent contractor environments
- Proven success in sales coaching, recruiting, and performance management
- Ability to lead multi-location sales teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
