Pay Range: $45,000 - $150,000 annually (Commission Based) Job Description: Your Place in Our Story This isn't your average sales role, it's an opportunity to build a lasting career, helping customers create spaces they love. As a Sales Associate at Furniture Mart USA, you'll guide customers through a wide selection of stylish home furnishings. Your work will play a key role in helping customers turn houses into homes, for the people they love--because that's what we're passionate about. Job Duties: * Stay Positive: Make great first impressions with energy and enthusiasm. * Connect with Customers: Build lasting relationships and grow your referral network. * Know Your Stuff: Use your product knowledge to match customers with the right pieces. * Perfect the Process: Verify orders and ensure seamless transactions. * Follow Through: Handle post-sale issues quickly and professionally.
