Our client, a well-established supplier of industrial materials is seeking a full time Junior Sales Representative to support their in-office sales operations. The successful candidate will help drive revenue growth through client engagement, sales support, and product knowledge development. Responsibilities * Identify and develop new business opportunities. * Engage in active outreach to market company products and services * Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions. * Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients and vendors. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts. * Build and manage client and supplier relationships. * Gain familiarity with the company's product lines and their industrial applications. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree (field of study preferred: Business, Chemistry, or related discipline) * 2-3 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities * Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
