Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Sales Consultant to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are looking to start a career in sales, business development, or technology. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided to ensure success in the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct warm outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
• Use CRM and other software tools to track leads and manage customer interactions
• Participate in training sessions to build product knowledge and sales skills
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals

• Recent high school graduate, college graduate, or equivalent experience
• Strong interest in sales, customer service, or business development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Spanish proficiency is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn new software tools and sales techniques
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
