Full description of the position

A prominent Auto Dealership is looking to add a qualified Automotive Sales Manager to join our team. Candidates must have prior Sales Manager experience. This position demands a high-energy professional who has experience creating a positive sales environment and maintaining excellent customer service. Responsibilities: * Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process by maintaining a strong relationship with prime and subprime lenders * Establish and maintain working relationships with Auto Manufactures * Be proficient with inventory management * Determine the customer's need for finance and payment options * Motivate, train, and adhere to high ethical standards, while maintaining gross profit and customer service index (CSI) * Achieve monthly forecasted income and penetration levels * Work with service department to keep all pre-owned inventory marketable * Follow up on sales leads by effectively working with sales consultants and assisting the sales team in closing deals Qualifications: * Proven track record of achieving goals * Strong attention to details and the ability to work in a process driven environment * Outstanding communication skills * Ability to manage and lead people * Excellent organizational skills * Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record * Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
