Position: Sales Director We're seeking a hands-on Sales Leader to lead and grow our sales team. This role oversees daily operations, drives performance, and develops future leaders. Key Responsibilities * Hire, train, and coach sales reps (run training classes & workshops) * Lead weekly meetings, track performance, and drive quota achievement * Perform ride-alongs (4-5 per week) and run 3+ personal leads weekly * Review and adjust schedules, complete cancel-save appointments * Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews * Build a positive, high-performing team culture aligned with company goals Requirements * One-call close experience (Exterior/Interior Remodeling) -- required * 3+ years in sales, 2+ years in sales management (preferred) * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle * Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Details * W2, OTE $175,000-$350,000+ (draw pay, commission & bonuses paid weekly) * Benefits: Medical, dental, vision (after 30 days) * Full-time, weekends required * Field-based role * Continued Leadership Development
